This class is designed to be accessible to dancers of all levels.

The class will start with a warmup led by Alice and Florian and will progress into a series of improv tasks, creation prompts, and movement research experiments.

The goal of the class is to open up your creativity by connecting you with your physicality and artistry in new ways.
