11am-1pm in Stomping Ground L.A.'s Warehouse Studio
Class will start with a classic FLOCK warmup and will lead into repertoire. The emphasis of the class is on exploring FLOCK's unique movement style and on opening up personal artistry.

Everyone is welcome to take class with a mask.
To participate without a mask, please provide proof of vaccination or a negative test (PCR < 48 hrs / Antigen < 24 hrs).
